- Unattended death cleanup

The specific scope of work for any project is determined through an on-site assessment and documented in a written estimate or scope-of-work agreement that must be accepted by the authorized property contact before work begins.
Service Agreement
Our services are governed by the following conditions:
- Authorization: Work will only commence after written or verbal authorization from the property owner, authorized agent, legal representative, or property manager. We may require verification of authority in certain situations.
- Scene Release: For situations involving law enforcement (such as crime scenes or unattended deaths), we require confirmation that the property has been officially released by the investigating authority before we begin work.
- Access: The client is responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property. We may need to coordinate with building management, HOAs, or other parties to arrange appropriate access.
- Estimate Changes: If our on-site assessment reveals conditions that differ significantly from the initial evaluation, we will discuss any necessary scope changes and revised pricing with the authorized contact before proceeding. Additional contamination discovered during remediation may require an updated estimate.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms are outlined in the written estimate or service agreement for each project.
- We accept common forms of payment and can provide documentation to support insurance claims when requested.
- If insurance coverage is anticipated, the client remains responsible for any deductibles, non-covered portions, or full payment in the event the insurance claim is denied.
- Late payments may be subject to applicable interest or fees as outlined in the service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
As a client engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the situation and property conditions to the best of your knowledge
- Disclose any known hazards or conditions that could affect the safety of our team (e.g., structural damage, chemical contamination, animal presence)
- Ensure the property has been released by any investigating authorities, where applicable
- Secure authorization from relevant parties (co-owners, HOAs, landlords) as needed
- Remove or secure personal belongings of value prior to our work, or coordinate with our team regarding items in the affected area
- Provide reasonable access to the property, including utilities (water, electricity) needed for the remediation process
Limitations of Service
Our biohazard remediation services have certain limitations:
- We do not perform structural repairs, general construction, painting, or finish work. These services should be arranged separately after remediation is complete.
- We do not perform mold remediation, asbestos abatement, or lead paint removal. These specialized services require separate professional engagement.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions unrelated to the biohazard event.
- Our services address biological contamination. Other types of contamination (chemical, environmental) may require different specialized services.
- In some cases, contamination may have migrated into structural components (subfloor, wall cavities, concrete) that are beyond the scope of standard surface remediation. We will identify these situations during our assessment and discuss options with you.
